The major shareholder and current Managing Director, Tony Blencowe
joined Cemplas in 1984 as a Surveyor.
Tony had formerly worked for a number of main contractors, carrying
out and surveying, estimating and site management.
In 1987 Tony purchased shares in the company, as the original owner
wished to retire.
Since purchasing the company, Tony has overseen the growth and expansion
of Cemplas. Over the last twenty years this has led to the company's
turnover growing from 300k to its current level of nearly 4m.
