Everything Cemplas does is designed to generate confidence. Project management is well documented and procedures well tested to ensure the company satisfies deadlines. The knowledge and experience of its principals is testified by their collaboration with Working Group Organisations (WGOs) that sit with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). Cemplas experience is valued and was used to design of the industry’s first Structural Waterproofing NVQ which is made up of practical work and written papers.

In addition to all the normal employers and public liability insurances, Cemplas offers professional indemnity insurance and consequential loss cover. Furthermore, product warranties are also not simply valid for up to 20 years but are insurance backed by a third party to provide the customer with additional peace of mind.
